Virgin Worlds, a blog specialized in gathering information about the MMORPG of tomorrow. Good to know that somebody is covering those, because I'm too much stuck in the here and now and I dislike searching the rumor mills for useable information. Virgin Worlds is offering well written summaries of what is to come, and has a useful sidebar with release dates.
www.mmorpg.com is altho a somewhat msn-like website, it's still very handy for upcoming mmorpgs :)

ReplyDeleteThe 10/16/05 New York Times Magazine (comes with sundays paper) had an article entitled The Buying Game.
It was a one page article about the real live market place found in MMORPG's. I guess another book is coming out "Synthetic Worlds" by Edward Castronova dealing with the economics and culture of the games.
Just wanted to pass it along to those with access to the paper if they are interested.
