ROSE Online open beta
ROSE Online is offering an open beta via Fileplanet. No, I don't know much about ROSE Online. But how could I resist downloading an open beta to a game where the mobs look cute like this?

Thanks for the heads up, love betas :-)
First impressions: EQ type grind right from the beginning, only with prettier graphics.. The pathing simply *sucks*. No way to move around with the keyboard. Pretty colors.. Haven't seen any kind of storyline.
If you haven't noticed you can play right now even if technically this is still the closed beta and the fileplanet download is for the open beta.. works anyway :0) It's gonna close for 5-6 days somewhere in the next 24 hours.. just enough time to grab some levels and screenshots! Maybe tomorrow I make lvl 10 and get a job, we'll see..

Yeah, I noticed you can already play, that's what I did. Made it to level 14 with a dealer, to try out crafting.
You can move with the arrow keys, but it still sucks. Only the arrow forward key works as you would think it should. Arrow left and right turn the camera, resulting in you turning as well, but in the opposite direction of what you would think. And the arrow backward key doesn't do anything, there is no way to move backwards. And you can't jump either.
