Chicken bug
I went to Feralas to do the final OOX robot chicken escort quest, but like the day before the chicken refused to budge. So I reported the bug in game. One hour later a GM sent me a tell that this is a known bug of the current patch version, and they are working on fixing it.
Okay, I don't think that in this situation it is realistic to hope for immediate resolution of the problem. Being informed that the bug report has been received, and is being fixed soon is sufficient customer support. I can live with that.

Ummmm that quest didn't work months ago when I was there trying it o_O Chicken just sat there... thats been a problem with most escor quests for as long as the game has been live.
Try doing the quest right after a server reset (on Tuesdays for US servers). Some quests are buggy after someone messes them up, until a server reset.
One such current one is the ice-pick lake quest in Winterspring. Last I heard, a few weeks ago, it was bugged unless you caught it after a server reset.
By far the worst bugged quest was the level 20 Paladin one, way back long ago. The NPC Paladins needed despawned if someone failed the quest. It took me a few weeks to do the quest because the NPC was never there. Awful.
