WoW Patch 1.10 FAQ
As much as I hate to link to the WoW forums, because they aren't archived and the link will go dead in a few weeks, here is the patch 1.10 FAQ. The three most important points for me were:
1) The xp to gold conversion rate is 1600 xp gives 1 gold. As a level 60 quest can give up to 8000 xp, that makes up to 5 gold per quest. Repeatable quests only give gold on the first hand-in. Now it could become interesting again to quest at level 60, at least sometimes. I still wouldn't do all available quests, because you might want to save some of them for the day the expansion comes out and you can level again.
2) Confirmation that you need the bracers of your tier 0 set (Valor, Devout, etc.) to get the upgrade quests to tier 0.5 started. Bleh! Why couldn't they have made 8 totally separate quests lines. There are very, very few people who have a complete tier 0 set.
3) Macros and addons that interrupt spellcasting will stop working in patch 1.10. That includes the mana conservation function of CTRaidassist. Bad news for healers, who were often relying on addons like these in laggy raids to avoid healing somebody who just got healed by another priest. That is particularly annoying after having had the greater healing spells improved. 3 seconds is a long time in Molten Core, and the improved mana efficiency of greater healing doesn't help much if you end up casting the spell on somebody who just got healed by a faster spell.

Each tier 0 piece should have a way to activate the quest for the upgrade... Blizzard screws it again.
