Playground of the Mind
Found another small, but interesting blog, Playground of the Mind. I especially liked Askander's "l33t in their name" post on guild loyalty compared from Everquest to World of Warcraft, which is pretty much identical to what I am feeling.
Another good post from him is about letting different classes play the same role, let's say having the feral druid tank, the shadow priest deal the damage, and the resto shaman heal. That works at lower levels, especially if the group is a bit higher in level than the dungeon they are visiting. But there will always be a "best" tank, a "best" healer, a "best" damage dealer. And when grouping with strangers you'd rather rely on the class that you know is the best in some field, than hoping that somebody is playing an unusual talent build so well that he is equivalent.

Wow...flattery will get you everywhere. Honestly, though, you humble me greatly. Thanks for the traffic, I hope that others find my, often times pointless, ramblings entertaining.
You talking of traffic made me check your Sitemeter. Lol, it's as if I had slashdotted you. Although I think it will still be a while before the verb "tobolded" enters the blog vocabulary. ;)
